Justin Landis didn’t start out in real estate, but knew early on that he wanted to forge his own path. Helping people became a key objective of his work life, and real estate became the means to do that. He and his colleagues discovered they could make a big difference and do great business, by applying their talents towards creating “housing for everyone.”
As the business expanded beyond their core real estate team, they moved into the brokerage business which required different kinds of financial support and a more complex banking relationship.
